“ This is a local favorite that gets crowded fast. MAKE RESERVATIONS and watch where you park. We always go on Tuesdays when oysters are half off .67 cents an oyster. This place never disappoints on oysters. You can get your oysters raw,lightly steamed,steamed. The side of horseradish is unbelievable. Now, I only get the oysters, so I can't say much about the other menu items. My wife got the salmon with hush puppies and side salad she had no complaints. Now the atmosphere is a little loud but it's part of the restaurant. Great management and employees they work really hard for how busy this place is. They also have a great bar, but it also gets packed fast. And if you're up to a challenge, try the oyster shot. ”
“ First time trying this place out and it didn’t disappoint. We were told the wait was about 45 minutes but ended up being about 20. Our waiter was quick to get our drinks and continued to be very attentive during the whole service. The food came out quickly and was delicious! Even my very picky son cleaned his plate. ”

Especially on days that they have a band playing. But if you have sensory issues and can't handle people talking loud you might want to go when they're not really busy. We try to eat there at least every other week and don't plan on going anywhere else anytime soon. ”
“ First of all, the raw oysters were HUGE. Some, almost the size of your hand! Very fresh. (We asked and they were from Louisiana.) I can't wait to come back on a Tuesday when they are half price. The fried oysters were delicious, batter dipped like fried chicken. The other fried fish platters were also excellent. Our server, Mike, was friendly and very helpful when trying to decide. ”

The surf and turf was ok, the chopped steak didn’t have much of a flavor and there wasn’t any sauce aside from top condiments to season it; though the grilled shrimp with lemon pepper was the best, excellently cooked. Shrimp scampi was good, wish there was an option to have the shrimp seasoned with lemon pepper or grilled. And we ordered a Mahi mahi, grilled with jerk seasoning and steamed veggies. Very delicious. Service was wonderful! Very knowledgeable about the menu and on top of attending us being outside. Atmosphere was good, live music had started at 7pm and was very loud but there was seating out on the deck and we could softly hear the band but not enough to drown out table conversations. I’ll be back to try more of the menu! ”

“ Bimini's is my mom's favorite place to get fried oysters in Greenville SC. I take her there most times that I go home to visit. She always gets the fried oysters and I am more of a shrimp person. I have enjoyed the shrimp Po Boy, the fried shrimp and was pleasantly surprised with the Shrimp and Grits. We typically go early to beat the crowd but it is a easy going atmosphere and the service has always been good. ”
